I am married to a wonderful man (Jim) and we are raising three sons: 18 year old twins, Jeremy & Jermaine, and 12 year old Aaron. We also cohabitate with seven animals: three dogs and four cats.
I’ve chosen to go into life coaching so that I can share my enthusiastic love of life with other people. I believe that everything we can dream already exists inside of us. We just need a way to figure out what we want!
I am a work at home mom and have been since 2003. Before that, I worked in social service in various positions: Executive Director of a now-defunct agency that served the homeless population, regional coordinator/family counselor at Children’s Home & Aid Society, and crisis worker at NCO Youth & Family Services. Before that I worked in graphic arts for nearly 10 years.
I received my bachelors degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology from Roosevelt University. I also received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt. My research thesis was entitled: Attitudes of Birth Mothers Relinquishing a Child for Adoption.
I’m not going to promise you all the success in the world if you only dream it. It will take work and it could be a long process. My role is to join you on your journey so that you don’t have to do it alone. I will help you get the answers you need to succeed!
I’d love to help you along your path! If you’re struggling with life changes, fulfilling your dreams, parenting, adoption issues, chronic illness, or lack of creativity, I think we will work well together!
In case I seem familiar to you, I am the author of Motherhoot. Motherhoot is my life-commentary blog. Check it out if you’d like to know more about me!
